Here our products. Forgot to them to put the greens, for that I apologize!
The pan in which we baked, cover with foil. Grease with 1 tablespoon oil. Trout cut into pieces. Salt, pepper to taste. Pour the lemon juice.
While the fish is marinating, prepare our "coat" for her. In a blender, put greens, some sliced olives, garlic and remaining 3 tablespoons butter. All good grind.
With this mixture cover the fish.
Cut the tomatoes and grate on cheese grater.
On top of our olive "coat" spread the sliced tomatoes.
Cover all with mayonnaise grid.
Sprinkle with cheese. And bake for 30 minutes in the oven heated to 200 degrees.
