Meat in sweet and sour sauce
Meat is very easy to prepare and delicious. Our family is very fond of Turkey meat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan, then add 1 tbsp flour, stir and fry stirring about 3 minutes.

Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in butter. Separately, mix the wine, tomato puree and spices. In a pot put the fried meat and pour wine and tomato filling, put the Bay leaf and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then spread fried onions and simmer for another 15 minutes. If the sauce will seem too acidic, to soften the taste you can add milk or cream.
