Poached salmon
This is the first dish that comes to my diet diet. The fish I cooked with vegetables. Their men and with boiled potatoes... Like fish and if they're good, you be the judge. And I really liked my dinner (18. 00 )

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Four servings of salmon

Beans, peppers and onions about 10 minutes to fry for a garnish on vegetable oil. Instead of salt use vegetto (not shop)

The fish boil in the water in which potatoes are cooked (5-10 minutes, no more). In the boiling broth with the fish put onions, add the Bay leaf. This is my portion
