Liver in sauce
A great combination of liver with my favorite ginger. Garnish can be any. On your court give a side dish of macaroni and roasted carrots. In my opinion, was delicious. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    10 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Purify the liver from films, if they exist. Cut into rectangular slices.

Make a marinade. Mix in separate bowl the ginger, starch, salt. Then add 3 tbsp water and vegetable oil.

Coat the liver in the resulting mass (the marinade).

Add the chopped garlic and leave for 15 min.

While the liver is impregnated with the scent of ginger and garlic, knead the sauce for frying. Mix broth, sugar and tomato paste.

Cut onion into thin half-rings.

Fry until Golden brown on high heat.

add the sauce. A little put out over medium heat.

Dobavlen liver and beef broth. Stirring constantly, on high heat, fry about 3 minutes. Ready!
