Italian cupcakes with wine and apricots
I bring to Your attention the recipe is very tasty, lush, porous cupcakes with the addition of red wine. Muffins with apricots and decoration of the coconut.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Apricot

    5 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    1 tsp

Cooking

For the dough we need: butter room temperature RUB with sugar using a mixer. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Add eggs and whisk. Next, add the olive oil and vanilla. Whisk a little.

Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the flour above the mixture and stir with a spoon until smooth.

Then add red wine and stir. The dough is ready.

Take muffin tins and fill them 2/3 full.

Apricots wash, halve and remove pits.

Take half of the apricots and a little pressed in the dough.

Around the apricots sprinkled with coconut.

Put in preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees until Golden color.
