Stew of fish
I bought a frozen fillet of Alaska Pollock. The product is certainly not for connoisseurs. Moreover, after thawing, along with the water goes all - remains tasteless fiber. But the yield was found!

1. Fish, not defrosting(!), cut into pieces. Tomatoes, peel off skins, cut into slices. Onion rings or half rings. Carrots three on a coarse grater. 2. In a large frying pan put layers: tomatoes, fillets,sprinkle with salt and pepper, onions, carrots. Again, layers of fillet,sprinkle with salt and pepper, onion, tomatoes. 3.Pour the sunflower oil. In the oven for 7 min. 250 gr 4.Add lemon slices, and parsley. Another 3 min in the oven. ...OOOPS...Liquid was more :-(

5. Wash the rice and throw into the pan so it is completely covered with liquid. Again in the oven for 10-15 min (the rice is a bit nedawareness). Turn off the oven but leave the pan in it even for 10 minutes - the rice will reach himself.
