I bought a frozen fillet of Alaska Pollock. The product is certainly not for connoisseurs. Moreover, after thawing, along with the water goes all - remains tasteless fiber. But the yield was found!
Cooking
1. Fish, not defrosting(!), cut into pieces. Tomatoes, peel off skins, cut into slices. Onion rings or half rings. Carrots three on a coarse grater. 2. In a large frying pan put layers: tomatoes, fillets,sprinkle with salt and pepper, onions, carrots. Again, layers of fillet,sprinkle with salt and pepper, onion, tomatoes. 3.Pour the sunflower oil. In the oven for 7 min. 250 gr 4.Add lemon slices, and parsley. Another 3 min in the oven. ...OOOPS...Liquid was more :-(
