Soup with chicken liver
We love the soups, very different! I was taught by him mother, and I was given my husband (before his marriage he had only three kinds of soup, unfortunately, his mother didn't like to cook!). And soups do not bother to have to constantly improvise. In my collection of a huge number of soups. Not for the sake of bragging I will say that in one of the culinary group "In contact" I was even given the title "Queen of soups". Here is one recipe from my collection. This soup will satisfy and warm.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    2 piece

  • Ham

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Pasta

    2 handful

  • Broth

    4 cup

The products that we need. The soup is cooked without potatoes, but I separately in a small amount of broth boil 3-4 potatoes and add men to the plate. They soup without potatoes do not accept, and for satiety they need. Myself eat without potatoes.

To prepare the foods: onions and garlic chop, liver washed and cut into small pieces, ham - straws. Tomatoes cut crosswise, pour a minute boiling water, then rinse with cold water and cut into small pieces.

In a pot heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the onion and garlic until transparent.

Add the tomato and saute a little.

Add liver and ham and lightly fry (until the liver changes color).

Pour in the stock, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Then pour in the pan the noodles, salt to taste and cook until tender. A few minutes before the end of cooking add the Bay leaf.
