Scrambled eggs with dill and smoked salmon
Hearty, but still diet Breakfast of English magazine "Diet world". Hungry, here's the recipe more satisfying and is still within the allowable calories!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Dill

    1 piece

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Cut cherry tomatoes in half or slices if tomato average. Mushrooms into quarters and sent to a Teflon pan on medium heat. Season, sprinkle with salt, fry for 2-3 minutes without oil.
