Berry-glazed gingerbread
On the cooking time quite a bit, and served to guests for tea, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Red currants

    150 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Margarine

    50 g

Cooking

RUB the egg with sugar and salt.

Add pre-mixed yogurt with soda. Stir.

Add flour and semolina. Stir.

Add the melted margarine. Knead the dough.

Put into the form 2/3 of the dough on top of berries.

Then the rest of the test.

Put in oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes.

Ready gingerbread to cool.
