Oat muffins with cranberries
Sweet dessert with berries and oatmeal can be a good alternative to porridge or fully independent dessert.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Flour flax

    50 g

  • Stevia

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Cranberry

    30 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Proteins combine with the salt and baking powder. Allow to stand 5 minutes to the baking powder slightly foamed.

Add stevia and Flaxseed meal. Mix well.

The dough will be very thick.

Add 150 ml of boiling water. Mix well. Add vanilla and ground oats (I grind them into flour in a coffee grinder). Stir until smooth.

Add the cranberries and stir gently again.

We put it in forms. Bake in a preheated 160-180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.

The finished cupcakes can be coated with milk or tea, but you can leave it. Allow to cool and serve to the table.

The crumb turns out tender, slightly moist, but not heavy. According to the structure resembles a brownie, but lighter.
