Cupcakes with cranberries, apricots and almonds
Tender muffins with citrus aroma - a combination of soft sweetness of dried apricots, light cranberry acidity and a delicate almond taste.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    70 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Continuing to whisk, add the egg, milk, orange juice and zest.

Mix sifted flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Mix liquid and dry ingredients, stir with a whisk until a homogeneous mass.

To the batter add chopped dried apricots, cranberries, ground almonds and gently mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The dough is put in a special muffin tin (I used silicone). Bake for 20-25 minutes.

The finished muffins to get out of shape, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. From this amount of ingredients turned out 15 cupcakes.
