Buckwheat with mushrooms and celery
Not like all kinds of recycling, and to call it difficult.. Just left a lot of boiled buckwheat, which in my family eat only svezhesvarennogo.. so was born this recipe, which may and will not be opening, but we liked it.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In vegetable oil fry the diced onion.

Add bell pepper and julienne.

And chopped celery. Fry all together, 2 minutes.

Add the mushrooms. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add spices. I have cumin, coriander and a bit of hops suneli.

And soy sauce.

Add 100 ml of water. Bring to a boil.

Add buckwheat, stir, cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve hot. For my husband it was a side dish, but for me a full dinner.
