Very simple and I would say, very fast, but nevertheless very tasty and original dish. Cooking time takes quite a bit of effort in at least. And the result is very pleased. The chicken turned out soft, gentle and at the same time delicious. Try it, I would be very glad if you will like it!!!

Cooking
To prepare chicken: separate them at the joint into two pieces, remove excess fat, rinse.

Here hen and ready. And while it was cooked, we need the remaining 3 onions cut into half or chetvertfinalny and fry until Golden brown.
Chicken remove from broth, a little dry with a cloth and put on the hot with butter the pan. Strain the broth and can be used to make a soup or sauce.
Fry chicken until Golden crisp.
Serve chicken with slices of oranges and fried onions. Garnish - boiled rice. Decorate with greens and strips of peel.
