Pilaf of nutria
Our family is very fond of nutria meat. I noticed that on the website there are almost no recipes from this diet meat. So I decided to rectify this situation.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

The meat is fried in sunflower oil in a deep frying pan or casserole, add the onions, 4 tbsp tomato paste, spices, raisins and salt to taste.
