Cooking
Take the original products.
Nutria meat cut into small pieces.
The meat is fried in sunflower oil in a deep frying pan or casserole, add the onions, 4 tbsp tomato paste, spices, raisins and salt to taste.
Pre-boil until soft rice. I cooked in the steamer for 15 minutes.
