Corn pancakes stuffed with rice and fruit
Corn pancakes stuffed with mixture of wild rice, dried apricots, cranberries and nuts. Invite me to drink tea with a delicious sweet stuffed pancakes. Hope You like it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Corn flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Cranberry

    150 g

  • Forest nuts

    50 g

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

The mixture "bubble mix" to cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 30-35 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings. Cranberries and apricots wash, pour over boiling water. Dried apricots cut into strips.

Walnuts chop and fry in a dry pan.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add the apricots and fry on slow fire for 2-3 minutes.

Add the rice, cranberries, walnuts and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add honey.

To make the dough for pancakes (will be slightly thicker due to the cornmeal)

Bake the pancakes and stuffed them with stuffing.

For the sauce, chop the cranberries, add water and honey. Bring to a boil and cook until thick on a slow fire.
