Cooking
Buckwheat cover with water, add salt and cook until tender.
Onion chopped, fry in sunflower oil and add the buckwheat. Recommended onion cut finely, but I love coarsely cut onion, so that cut half-rings.
In the hot mixture of buckwheat and onion add pepper to taste and flour.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and add the egg.
To form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the meatballs in sunflower oil. Bon appetit!!!
