Lean fish with a summer taste.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    0.5 kg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare the ingredients for cooking.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

The bell pepper.

Tomatoes.

In a frying pan with a small amount of oil pripuskaet onion and garlic.

Add sweet pepper and after 5 minutes the tomatoes. If you want more sauce - add water or vegetable broth. Add the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and simmer 10 minutes.

The fish is cut and spread in a baking dish.

To the sauce add the parsley and pour them fish.

Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
