Pork leg nut sauce
Boiled pig's feet cannot be classified as a refined aristocratic dishes. However if they are stewed in a sauce of almonds and serve very hot in individual clay bowls, they will gain some charm.

Ingredients

  • Leg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Pig's feet well-wash, cut lengthwise, cover with cold water, add onion, carrot and cook until tender, 2 hours in a pressure cooker for 40 min.

15 minutes before readiness add spices, aromatic herbs, allow to cool in the broth.

Take out the legs from the broth, remove the bones, put in the pot.

Prepared peanut sauce.

Slices of white bread, almonds, garlic fry in olive oil.

Put in a mortar, add the parsley and pound until a homogeneous mass, pour the wine, dilute the cooled broth and pour the prepared pig's feet. Proverjaem in sauce 30 min. the Sauce is boiled and thickens. Bring to taste.

Spread the legs with the sauce in portioned bowls, put in oven for 10 min sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately very hot. Success is assured!
