If, like me, You have left after asparagus risotto, and this amount is neither there nor here, then this quick recipe tart for a snack that would be great.

Cooking
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 5 mins until soft, after cutting off the legs hard.
Roll out a layer of puff pastry and cut away the 2 squares approximately 12X12.
On each square put a spoonful of mascarpone, leaving the edge.
Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
Put 5 sprigs of asparagus and sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese. But you can add the cheese after 15 minutes of cooking in the oven. On top add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (after 15 minutes you can add Parmesan, if you just sprinkled).
