  • Almonds

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

Dry on a hot pan, then grind in a coffee grinder.

Melt in a water bath chocolate, pour over cake, garnish with candied mint leaves. Candied and large shavings of chocolate can be added while kneading the dough.
