Fish in creamy cheese sauce
I had the grilled steak of salmon, but they were dry. So I decided to make them from scrap products new dish. Turned out pretty good, and the aroma of garlic adds piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

The finished steaks to clean from skin and bones. Divide the fish into pieces. Put them into fireproof dish.

To prepare the sauce: sour cream diluted with water, stirred well so that all the cream has separated.

Add passed through the press garlic, salt and spices. Mix thoroughly.

Grate on medium grater cheese.

Pour the fish fillets with the sauce so that it is not fully covered the fish.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

Put in microwave for 10 min. But you can bake in the oven. The finished dish sprinkle with herbs.
