Meat under a fur coat
Very tender and tasty meat.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Soft cheese

    300 g

  • Seasoning

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Liquid smoke

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

Cooking

Take a piece of beef.

Cut into large cubes.

While the meat is baking, boil the potatoes in their skins, or, as in my case, put in a bowl and microwave for 8 min. put on full power.

put the potatoes, previously peeled, cut into large rings. Potatoes spread mayonnaise (sour cream can be) and put again in the oven for 15 minutes.

Next, spread the cheese, grated on a coarse grater (I have a half baking sheet lined with cheese, because some of my family don't eat cheese baked). And put in the oven to bake the cheese until Golden brown or slightly podplavlenie, as you like.
