Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    250 g

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 handful

Poluraspredelenia a piece of pork planed or fine-cut. Pour meat marinade of soy sauce, flour, starch, sprinkle with pepper. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Roasting in vegetable oil (on high heat) fry the onion, pineapple and kiwi for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Place the meat in a frying pan and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. As soon as the juice, add zazharku. Reduce the heat.

Sauce: mix tomato paste (ketchup), sugar, and vinegar. Add the sauce and garlic. Cover and on low heat simmer for 20-25 minutes.
