Cooking
So the whole highlight of our baked fish is in the sauce. In fact, it to start and cook. Cut the onion half rings or slices, whatever you like,
and fry it until Golden brown.
Put fried onion into the container, adding to it the corn, with which, in advance, drain the liquid, chopped dill, and a blender turn it all into a puree. For flavor add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste (Caution! The main thing - to hold back and not "degustarte" half of the sauce ahead of time! :-D I personally hands reach - I'm very partial to the fried onions and the corn! There need to be willpower - it's not for one of the sauce we're going!)
Now, when the sauce is ready, go to the fish. I wasn pangasius fillets. In principle, it is possible to take a fillet any fish.
Sprinkle fillets with seasonings.
In a container for baking, spread a layer of pre-thawed green beans, a little salt it (actually, I usually make the fish in foil, but this time I found it a little).
Covered all with the sauce and put it into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
