Stuffed pumpkin
This is a beautiful and tasty dish will decorate any table and will create a bright mood in these grey autumn days. The filling turns out tender and goes perfectly with the baked pumpkin. For the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Potatoes

  • Raisins

  • Leeks

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Cream

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

1. Cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, reduce the heat, omit the pumpkin in there for 5-7 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the water, flip and drain off the water.

2. Two tablespoons sunflower oil, to fry meat, diced, until Golden brown. Add the chopped potatoes and leeks.

3. Add the raisins, mix well. Fry for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

4. Meat shift in the pumpkin.

5. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In butter fry the onion, diced.

6. Pour in the stock and cream. Mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat and add mascarpone cheese. Add spices to taste. Mix well and remove from heat.

7.Pour the sauce into the pumpkin.

8. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake pumpkin in preheated oven at 200* for about 30-40 minutes.

9. The finished pumpkin to decorate with sprig of parsley. Bon appetit and vivid mood to you.
