I've never cooked with pumpkin. The latter was opened and we made it a soup ( more on this later) and of course crepes)), the Pumpkin adds a velvety texture and beautiful color, I am very pleased. In my family no one guessed what they were, but ate it all.

Cooking
Egg and 1/2 banana whipped with salt and sugar
To beaten eggs add 100 ml of milk (room temperature), then the flour with the yeast, stir and then add the remaining milk. The dough should be as sour cream If possible the liquid - add more flour. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, the pumpkin and scrape the carrots, slice and boil in a little water. (you can use a steamer or bake in oven)
Pumpkin with carrot blend. 2/3 of the mass to add to the batter mix and again put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
The dough does not interfere. Fry the pancakes on a heated pan adding oil.
For cream sauce: whisk the remaining pumpkin-Apple puree with 1/2 banana, add lemon juice cinnamon. Pour the finished pancakes...
Or just mokita. Nice pancake appetite
