Cooking
For the test I used sour milk. I poured it in a bowl and repaid it soda. Added sugar, salt, egg, mix all.
Poured into a mixture of oatmeal and gave them 5 minutes to stand up, to the swollen.
Thoroughly combined, stirring constantly adding hot water and a slice of creamy melted butter.
Finely chopped greens and put it in the dough. Mixed.
Put the dough aside and made the filling. The mushrooms I had cooked. Cut finely the onion.
Sent onion in a saucepan with melted butter. Gilded it, and put the mushrooms. Did everything until cooked onions and the complete evaporation of liquid from the mushrooms. Tomila more than fried. Two minutes until done put in mushrooms 4 thyme sprigs, which are then removed (dumped). The stuffing is ready.
Bake pancakes. The pancakes are thick. For one pancake at 2/3 of the ladle. The pan for the first pancake grease. Fry the pancake on one side.
Spread the filling that way.
When the other side is browned to a beautiful color, fold the pancake, completely covering the filling. Finish pancake until cooked. It's fast. Need a pancake to paperworking from one side to the other a couple of times. Of this amount, turned out the test 4 pancake, quite large-on 2 servings of 2 pancakes.
