Sunny side up for oatmeal-squash pancake
A full Breakfast with a fried egg on oatmeal-squash pancake. Fast, beautiful and of course delicious.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    3 tsp

  • Dill

    1 sprig

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

Make the batter for oatmeal pancakes. These ingredients will be enough for 3 thick pieces of pancakes. For one pancake one ladle. In yogurt Gasim soda. Zucchini grate, add sugar, salt and egg. All the joins.

Spread whole-grain cereal. Stir and allow to stand for 5 minutes to flakes swelled.

Beat in a spoonful of flour. Then, stirring constantly, pour in the boiling water. The dough is ready.

Make scrambled eggs on the pancake. In a pan pour sunflower oil 1 h L. with a Ladle to put the adze in hot oil. When the dough will seize and will be a beautiful color, diminish the fire to a minimum.

Turn over the pancake.

That's the way, gently break the egg and spread it over the pancake.

Cover with a lid and finish the scrambled eggs until done and of course a pancake. Optional egg to salt. I don't do that.
