Meat casserole
A delicious meat dish, easy and quick to prepare

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    25 g

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

Mashed potatoes: mash the potato,add margarine, egg, salt and half a Cup of diluted chicken broth. Well interfere.

Stuffing: fry onion until Pozolotina, add the minced meat, fry for a few minutes, add the ketchup, soy sauce and half a Cup of diluted chicken powder, fry for another 10 minutes.

spread in an aluminum mold the first lower layer - ready meat evenly, and the second upper layer of the mashed potatoes evenly. On top, smear a little sunflower oil and add a few pinches of sweet paprika.
