Description

Chicken in a marinade of cilantro
Tender chicken with a spicy crust.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    2 coup

  • Black pepper

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Chicken wash, cut, and make a few shallow cuts to the marinade is better absorbed

Cilantro wash, peel a garlic, mix with salt and black pepper. Grind all in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and add the lemon juice and oil. Mix thoroughly.

Coat chicken pieces with the marinade, gently rubbing it into the meat. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and leave for another 30 minutes at room temperature. Blot with a paper towel any excess liquid.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
