Wonderful caramel Apple pie American recipe is perfect for family tea party and holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

Dough: grind the flour with the oil and salt into crumbs. Add the egg and water, knead the dough.

Caramel: melt the butter and add sugar, wait until will start to melt the bottom layer of sugar. Pour in the sugar water, wait until it is completely dissolved. Add the warmed cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for half a minute and remove from heat. Strain the caramel through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Cut the dough into 2 halves, roll out both pieces. Cut out circles on the baking dish (I have a 26 cm form).

Apples peel and cut into thin slices.
