Salad
All men, of course, is your gastronomic cravings. Here is my example, maybe there's a Korean carrot every day and in any combinations (with mushrooms, squid, beef, etc.). Therefore, in order to please him, and composed this salad (the recipe is purely my fantasy). Maybe someone will be useful.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

First, cook the carrots in Korean. Can cook and more, Dana proportion for this salad. This is best done in advance, at least 4 hours, it needs to infuse. I have my own recipe which I learned from mom and make it for many years. Carrots wash, peel and grate on a special grater into thin strips. Add salt, a little triturated. Not perezalit! Pour vinegar, stir.

To prepare salad: sausage, cucumber and cabbage cut into fine strips. Lightly stir.

Put the Korean carrot salad and pour the separated juice-marinade. Sprinkle with fennel greens. The salad is served chilled. Bon appetit!
