Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and pepper. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sour cream.
Mix flour and sour cream with the eggs and gradually stir, pour the beer. Stir until smooth, cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Spinach wash, dry, put on dry heated pan, cover and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. A little spinach to cool, squeeze, chop, add to the dough. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream. If necessary, add more beer.
Bake pancakes in vegetable oil in a well heated pan.
For the filling butter and fry until cooked, sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cheese cut into small cubes, mix with mushrooms and cream cheese.
On pancakes put a small amount of filling, rolled into a tube and serve with sour cream.
