Pancakes with beer cheese and mushroom
Great hearty pancakes with spinach and a pronounced beer taste. Filling of two kinds of cheese and mushrooms very harmoniously completes the overall picture. Please!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Beer

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and pepper. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sour cream.

Mix flour and sour cream with the eggs and gradually stir, pour the beer. Stir until smooth, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Spinach wash, dry, put on dry heated pan, cover and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. A little spinach to cool, squeeze, chop, add to the dough. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream. If necessary, add more beer.

Bake pancakes in vegetable oil in a well heated pan.
