Cooking
Eggs with sugar, beat in the lush foam. To the yogurt add the baking powder and mix well, add to egg mixture, beat and add vanilla, semolina, olive oil, orange zest, flour. Whisk briefly, so as not to smash the dough. Put the dough over the cups to 2/3. Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown about 20-25 minutes. Ready cool cupcakes in tins for 15 minutes, then take out and cool completely on wire rack.
Cold, beat whites with sugar until peaks, add the butter at room temperature, vanillin and food dye (the original recipe used sea-buckthorn juice 2-3 tbsp). Whisk in the lush cream.
Decorate using a pastry syringe or bag cupcakes with cream. Slightly cooled and ready!
