Trout with green sauce
Delicate fish and spicy salad... easy dish for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

to prepare the fish (I bought 2 of processed steak)

add soy sauce and a little oil (no smell)

leave for 15-20 minutes

meanwhile, in a blender mix cream...

... greens and rosemary

flour heat the pan (I added a bit of spice... but in vain)

pour the cream with herbs, quickly knead

fish put into a form, on top of the sauce

bake 20-25 minutes at 180-200

result. while preparing, make a salad.

pickling onions (cut, pour over boiling water, pour the mixture of vinegar 9% from oil, salt, sugar and pepper, all to the eye)
