Chocolate-cherry cupcake
I love the combination of cherries and chocolate, and so decided to prepare this cake. Cherry vanilla-not. But with chocolate... the Ingredients are affordable and there is almost any kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

First whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Add cocoa, stir.

Soda Gasim yogurt and add to the egg mixture. Stir.

Parts sift flour. Mix thoroughly, bringing the batter to the consistency of thick cream. Add sunflower oil (you can substitute restofline butter, 30 grams) and stir.

Add cherry jam (without stones). If so, you can add the cherry whiskey or any other alcoholic beverage. Only less-3 tbsp, alternatively, you can add frozen cherries, but in this case sugar in the dough necessary to put more. Or, at worst, add dried cherries. Important:after adding the berries, the batter mix is not a mixer, but a spoon or whisk by hand. Otherwise, the mixer will simply crush the berries.

Form for baking grease with butter (or sunflower butter), sprinkle with flour or semolina and pour the prepared dough. Before you pour the batter into the pan, stir it again, because the berries sink to the bottom and then they are distributed unevenly in the test. Bake the cake in the oven at 200-220° C for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.

The cooled cupcake optionally, you can decorate icing sugar, cocoa, grated chocolate or chocolate icing.
