Summer cupcakes
All good day :) Accept into its ranks young boy! In our garden - fruit harvest - ripe raspberries and apples, this has me inspired for summer, simple but very tasty and most importantly - useful cupcakes! So I have quite a bit of time to make your beloved mum with the grandmother "Magenta mood" for Breakfast, let's get started! :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Oat flour

    90 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    80 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Raspberry

    50 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

Preheat the oven to 190 C. is First mixed wheat and oatmeal flour with the sugar (pre-milled sugar in a coffee grinder), baking powder, and salt. It is important to separately mix dry and wet ingredients to the muffins turned out to be difficult.

I tried to make a honey-oatmeal topping - warmed up the honey in the microwave and mix with oatmeal. Then put the topping on the muffins and put for 2-3 minutes in a very hot oven. It turned out kind of granola. It covered with icing sugar.
