Today I bought a muffin tin and wanted to prepare a dish Susie-Lacoste "Liver muffins with mushrooms". But then, as always, decided to experiment changed the recipe and that's what I did.

Cooking
Chicken liver cut.
Potatoes clean.
Liver with potatoes to scroll through a meat grinder.
Sour cream mixed with seasoning and pepper.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Cheese, sour cream, starch and flour to mix with scrolled potato and liver, mix well and season with salt. Add soda, quenched with vinegar. the dough should be like thick cream.
Pour the mixture into molds and into the oven for 25-30 minutes. [b]Bon appetit.[b]
