Pancakes
Quite a hearty version of pancakes, as the filling consists of minced meat.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vermicelli

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Damn

    4 piece

Will need the finished pancakes.

In a frying pan put minced meat, chopped onions, grated carrots (large grater), add water, salt, and rosemary to taste. Simmer until tender (15-20 minutes).

At the end add the parsley.

When all the water has evaporated, then add the sunflower oil and lightly brown the stuffing. Remove from heat and add the grated garlic. Mix well.

Vermicelli before cooking, fry on a dry pan, and then boil until tender. Drain and add to the main part of the filling. Mix well.

On one half of the pancake to put the stuffing...

... and cover the second part. Pancakes can be served to the table. At the request of the pancakes can be cut into several parts.
