Pancake rolls with fish
Tasty and fragrant pancakes with fish filling.

Ingredients

  • Damn

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Beans

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Bake pancakes with the addition of sunflower oil.

Onions finely cut and fry in sunflower oil.

Boiled fish fillet cut into small pieces and add to the onions. Sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the heat.

Add the chopped garlic, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Add boiled beans and mix well. It is better that the beans were overcooked, then they will make the mass homogeneous. You can optionally add the greens.
