Pancakes with smoked keta
I love pancakes with salted red fish. This time I bought a backless smoked salmon, very tender, salted. Smoked flavor made its own unique touch. The recipe is quite simple, come in, I'd be happy!

Prepare the filling. Eggs boil, peel and cut into small dice. Fish also finely chop by bones.

Add spreadable cream cheese, not to be confused with a cheese product. Mass mix well.

For each pancake put 2 tablespoons of filling, roll into a tube. Put in the refrigerator before serving. Before serving, slice the pancake rolls crosswise into three parts, put a cask. I recommend to serve these pancakes with Greek Tzatziki sauce (Tzatziki), one of its variants. Sauce recipe in next post.
