Striped crepes with chocolate-walnut filling
These striped pancakes look very impressive, but the chocolate filling will delight the sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the raisins, soak it in water (for adults in brandy or rum).

Beat eggs. Add the room temperature milk, sugar, salt and again vzbit.

Add flour through a sieve (parts), stirring with a whisk, then gradually the water, stirring constantly. The amount of water is approximate, the dough should be the consistency of thick yogurt. Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna"

1/3 part of the test to pee in a separate bowl, add cocoa, stir evenly. Put this dough in a plastic bottle with a hole in the cover or in a thick plastic bag and cut the corner.

Toast the walnuts on a dry pan with constant stirring. Remove the husk and grind. Lemon to chop (I peel it off).

Chocolate melt with milk in a water bath. Add the chopped lemon, nuts and raisins. Mix well. If the pancakes will not have children, then you can add brandy (rum), which was soaked raisins. I added sugar.
