Cooking
To make pancakes you must first whisk the egg whites together with salt and sugar into a lush foam. Add melted butter and mix gently.
Then in the egg mixture, pour the milk and whisk. Small portions add the flour mixed with baking powder. Pour vegetable oil and stir.
Bake from dough thin pancakes.
Now you need to cook the filling. For this finely chop the chicken, peppers and onions. Fry chicken fillet and vegetables in heated pan with vegetable oil, until cooked and the vegetables are soft.
Add to the prepared vegetables and the chicken boiled rice, salt, pepper and stir.
For the cheese sauce: in a pan melt 30 g of butter. Add flour and fry stirring for about a minute.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour it into warm milk and broth, stir constantly. Put back on low heat.
Bring to a boil, cook about 3 minutes stirring constantly. Add the grated cheese and proverjaem a couple of minutes. The sauce is ready add salt and season with nutmeg. Add another 20 g of butter and mix well.
On the edge of the pancake put a small amount of filling, folded around the edges and turn the rolls. Fry the rolls with 2 sides until Golden brown. Served warm with cheese sauce. Bon appetit!
