Clafoutis with gooseberries and tangerines
I suggest you try the famous French cake Сlafoutis with an interesting sweet and sour taste of gooseberry and citrus scent!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Flour

    65 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Gooseberry

    1 cup

  • Mandarin

    4 share

  • Olive oil

  • Cookies

Cooking

Beat the eggs with the sugar, continuing to whisk gradually add the milk, flour (sifted), baking powder;

Gooseberries freed from the syrup (it can be diluted with water and drink - very tasty!)

Spread berries on the bottom of the form;

Pour the batter on top and add thin slices of Mandarin;

Bake at 210 degrees until dry sticks, about 15 minutes, focusing on your oven;

I use the double inversion to transfer cake to serving dish;
