Rice casserole with fish
Rice casserole with cod - a dish that I often prepare. It will certainly be on our Christmas table. Rice and fish are a favorite treat my dogs and they need to please. Because the coming year will be under their sign.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    350 g

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Shallots

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Roots

    1.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 handful

Fresh fish filled with hot water and brought to boiling. Dismantled it into small segments and put in a bowl. Cut onions, put the rice, broke eggs, put salt, pepper, herbs, poured the chili sauce and oil.

Added to the bowl the dill and carefully stir the mixture to casseroles. On the bottom of the form (diameter 19 cm) put a circle cut from parchment paper. The edge of the form lubricated with oil and put into it a lot of rice and fish. The top is smeared with beaten egg, add a spoon of oil. The form put in a preheated 180 degree oven and baked for about forty minutes.

Ate it with broccoli and dressed with chili sauce. This cabbage is also a favorite of our dogs.
