Cooking
To start knead the dough. This whey is heated to 35-37 degrees, add the yeast, sugar, salt and vegetable oil and stir to dissolve ingredients. Sift wheat flour, add the rye and mix well. Add to flour mixture and wet ingredients with a spoon (or spatula) knead the dough. It becomes quite liquid, knead it with hands will not work.
Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour and a half to make it up.
With wet hands gently abenaim the dough and put it in greased with vegetable oil form.
Leave the form with the dough in a warm place for 30-50 minutes, it rose again.
Bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool bread on wire rack.
After complete cooling, the bread can be cut and taste.
