Cutlets with mushroom sauce and polenta
Delicious, juicy meatballs with a wonderful mushroom sauce and polenta on the side. Of course, by themselves, the patties and sauce familiar to you, but combining them together with a soft polenta on the same plate, you will achieve a very good result. It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Turkey or chicken mince add the egg, one or two spoons of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.

Mix the minced meat and make small patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on high heat until Golden brown.
