Pineapple pie
Very tasty, crumbly cake of puff pastry. All fans of pineapple dedicated.

Ingredients

  • Shortbread dough

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    450 g

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the stuffing. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and place on low heat. Continue to stir until boiling. After about a minute boiling the mixture should thicken. Remove from heat and set aside.

Puff pastry for pie: https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=U1nlNoI2 CPM with a rolling pin Roll out one portion of dough on a lightly floured surface. Put the dough in the shape of 22 cm, greased.

Put the stuffing.

The second part of the test as well roll out and place on top of filling. Wrap loose edges of the dough inward and pinch your fingers beautifully. Make a few slits to release steam. (I cut out a heart cookie cutter and made cuts )

Grease with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180*C for 35-40 minutes. BON APPÉTIT!
