Pancake roll stuffed with chicken and pineapple
Filling for pancakes can be varied and, for anybody not a secret that chicken breast goes well with pineapple, so I propose to make the filling for pancakes from these ingredients, but to bring a dish will be in the form of a roll.

Ingredients

  • Damn

    4 piece

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a pan pour sunflower oil. Cut cooked chicken breast into cubes and fry in a pan, put in a deep plate. Allow to cool a little. Add green onions and stir.

Pineapple cut into cubes and add to the overall weight.

Add boiled rice, salt, ground black pepper and stir until smooth.

On a cutting Board, put the first two pancakes, then top them stacked two to a loaf was denser. The pancakes evenly spread the filling.

Carefully and tightly rolled in a roll. Cut the roll into portions pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
