Buckwheat crepes with mushroom gravy. Recipe from TM Oleina.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Buckwheat boil in salted water, crushed with a blender.

Add the flour, egg, milk, vegetable oil "Oleina classic" salt, sugar. Beat the mixture.

Spreading the resulting mass is tablespoon on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil "Oleina classic" fry the pancakes.
