Cooking
Buckwheat boil in salted water, crushed with a blender.
Add the flour, egg, milk, vegetable oil "Oleina classic" salt, sugar. Beat the mixture.
Spreading the resulting mass is tablespoon on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil "Oleina classic" fry the pancakes.
To make the sauce: cut mushrooms, fry in a pan in vegetable oil "Oleina classic". Add the flour, sour cream, salt and extinguish on slow fire under a cover for 10 minutes.
To serve pancakes, watering their mushroom sauce.
